The BIKE ON RIGHT WITH TRAFFIC (NYR9-10) sign may be used where it is deemed necessary to remind bicyclists of the requirements of Section 1234 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
Guidance
Where used, the BIKE ON RIGHT WITH TRAFFIC sign should be placed along the section of highway where bicyclists riding on the wrong side of the roadway are a problem or concern. The sigh should be placed on the left side of the roadway.
