Private Property Sign with Text Option Only (Vertical & Horizontal)
According to New Hampshire Statute RSA 645:4, a person may post their land to prohibit criminal trespass and physical activities by posting signs with any words describing the physical activity prohibited, such as “No Hunting or Trespassing.” The words must be printed with block letters no less than two inches tall, and the sign must also state the name and address of the owner or lessee of the land. The sign must be posted on all sides of the property at intervals of no more than 100 yards, and must also be posted at all gates, bars, and commonly used entrances.
To comply with text height specifications, a minimum size of 18 x 12 is needed. Our Custom New Hampshire Private Property No Hunting or Trespassing Sign complies with those size and messaging requirements, allowing you to confidently display this sign and discourage trespassing and other physical activities on your NH property.
